Why do you hold outdoor classes?
Training outdoors is intentional, bringing physical and mental benefits like boosted mood, stress relief, and increased energy through sun and fresh air.
Do I need to be fit to join?
No. BOUNDLESS welcomes everyone—from first timers to seasoned athletes. We tailor programs to your current fitness level.
How often should I attend for best results?
We recommend 5 times a week, but 3–4 is perfect for new members. Consistency leads to results.
Are families and children welcome?
Yes, BOUNDLESS supports family fitness. Kids, teens, and parents can train together in a positive, movement-focused setting.
How do I get started with a free class?
Fill out our online form and we’ll get in touch to schedule your two free classes.
What if the weather is bad?
We utilize covered outdoor spaces or nearby indoor options at The Pools Clubhouse Veranda or The Lily Pad Clubhouse—no workouts missed!
Can you help me if I have injuries or limitations?
Absolutely. All workouts can be scaled and modified so everyone can participate safely and make progress.
What do I need to bring?
Just show up in comfortable workout clothes and shoes, bring a water bottle, and we'll handle the rest.
Is there nutrition support?
Yes! We offer nutrition programming and coaching for adults, kids, and families.
