- 50m Sand Sprints (25m out and 25m back)
Intermediate
- 15 Jumping Air Squats
- 50m Sand Sprints (25m out and 25m back)

“Agility & Speed”
As a team, complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes, relay style of:
Beginner
- Agility Ladder - Two Foot Run Through
- 75’ Sled Sprint, 15 lbs
- 10 Burpees
- 75’ Sled Sprint, 15, lbs
Intermediate
- Agility Ladder - Icky Shuffle
- 75’ Sled Sprint, 45 lbs
- 10 Burpees
- 75’ Sled Sprint, 45 lbs
Event 3
”Obstacle Course”
Each team will try to complete the obstacle course together as fast as they can. This is for time.
Beginner
5 Cargo net climb (both feet up to 4th chain)
5 Balance beam
5 Ground to stand (rope)
1 Monkey bars (assisted okay)
Zig zag sprint (together)
Intermediate
