BOUNDLESS is an outdoor gym that focuses on physical fitness as well as mental health. Science today acknowledges that mental and emotional health are just as important as diet and exercise. BOUNDLESS combines strength & conditioning and meditation & yoga into a single class for a more holistic approach to overall health and well-being.
Our Strength & Conditioning program is functional fitness performed at a high intensity. The training methodology works for everybody.
Meditation/Yoga is an ancient practice that has been used over thousands of years to cultivate peace and happiness to its practitioners.
BUILDING GOOD HABITS
The idea is to make this practice and training a part of your routine.
When we exercise regularly, we are better equipped to take on physical challenges (sports, hobbies, hikes, daily activities, keeping up with our kids, etc.).
When we meditate regularly, we are better equipped to take on life challenges (dealing with our frustrations, anxiety, fear, depression, restlessness, feeling of incompleteness, etc.).
