BOUNDLESS combines strength & conditioning and meditation & yoga into a single class for a more holistic approach to overall health and well-being.

Our Strength & Conditioning program is functional fitness performed at a high intensity. The training methodology works for everybody.

Meditation/Yoga is an ancient practice that has been used over thousands of years to cultivate peace and happiness to its practitioners.
